Connected Parenting Circle

Connected Parenting Circle Overview

Connected Parenting is a bi-monthly small group learning community designed to support parents, grandparents and educators who hold the intention to grow with their child (ages 0-19). We gather for 2 hours on alternate Friday afternoons.

Our circle is facilitated by Alison DeLong, who weaves in somatic awareness with the relational work of Natural Learning Relationships to expand our capacity as adults wanting to connect with our children.

Our intention for this exploration on holistic parenting and teaching is for you to walk away with new capacity to:

  • Understand how each child learns and engages the world at each developmental field of consciousness.
  • Reflect on imprints from your own history of childhood nourishments being met or under nourished.
  • Discover new access to wellbeing that persists within yourself and your child, even in challenging transitions.
  • Develop self-trust as an adult who both shows up to their own needs & nourishments and those of their child/student.
  • Share stories of success and challenge to benefit other adults on the path of caring for children.
  • Listen to other adults stories with children within our community and deepen your sense of belonging.
