Discover What's Exceptional About Our Family Camp!
Program Overview
PLAY
We have curated a unique 3 day adventure for your family that balances PLAY with relational and community wellbeing.
When was the last time you carved out a whole weekend to commit to meaningful play with your child?
We invite the whole family to engage in FUN cooperative games and activities that engage the whole sensory system!
Come, rediscover family laughter, instill creativity and deepen connection to nature!
NOURISH
Delicious meals served daily coupled with a community of trained and caring guides supporting you along with your child, equals a recipe for overworked parents to finally fill their cup!
The setting of Mirror Lake nurtures your whole family with the elements of North Idaho:
Water~ Swim in the lake each afternoon to cool off from the summer heat!
Air~ Breath in our fresh mountain air at one of our early risers yoga class in camp.
Fire~ Experience the alchemy of our nightly campfire with songs, stories and fire ceremony (Weather permitting)
Earth~ Forest bath and discover your rootedness on your solo time in the good company of Pines, Fir and Red Cedar at Camp Stidwell.
CONNECT
The SLOW pace of our camp life, with our team tending to all the logistics and youth needs, makes space for busy parents to settle into themselves in a new way that feels sustainable.
Once you’ve arrived to care for yourself on day one, you are available to deepen the connection with your child on day two and three.
Our parent enrichment sessions on foundational relational skills are taught by our guides, whom are trained in Natural Learning Relationships, a holistic family relationship support model that transforms disconnected families.
Engaging games and activities throughout the weekend are secretly designed to help parents and kids alike to build tools to soothe sibling rivalry, resolve conflict, enhance communication and build self esteem.
